UMBC CSEE researchers win Best Paper Award at ACM CSCW Conferece

UMBC CSEE students MD Nazmus Sakib, Naga Manogna Rayasam, and Professor Sanorita Dey received a Best Paper Award at the 2026 ACM Conference on Computer-Supported Cooperative Work and Social Computing for their paper, Expecting Too Much, Getting Too Little: Exploring the Challenges and Design Opportunities of Asynchronous AI Interviewers. The team will present the work at CSCW 2026 in October in Salt Lake City, Utah.
