UMBC's Department of Information Systems shared an alumni spotlight for Sri Kavya Penta, M.S. ’26. As a teaching assistant, researcher, and published scholar, she explored the intersection of artificial intelligence, data analytics, and human-centered computing while developing the skills and confidence to tackle complex real-world challenges.
